Between layoffs and attrition, most of the best people are gone. What’s left is a skeleton crew and yes-men who won’t push back. Good luck hitting those targets now.

Not true! I put in a solid 10 hours a day, work through my lunch most days. This is after running five miles at sunrise. Three days a week I play drums in a garage band till midnight. I am a ROCK STAR and still at Optum! Love it!
