Senior leaders are patting themselves on the back for the results but if you look closer it's clear there are some real problem managers and teams and nothing will be done. I saw the same lousy managers have the same results for the past few years and nothing ever changes. They brag about the culture but in reality, it is sickening.

The Pulse style reports were started by companies in the 50's. I am glad to see that banks are clearly not innovating or coming up with a new program. They are definitely a dying industry - from 4 day b-m in seats workdays, lousy senior managers that have no training to deal with HR issues or TD strategy; team trips across North America. With the penalties and no growth potential in US/Canada, they will quickly become the blacksmiths of the industry
@a7+1jxgvy2pk Please explain.
"Stuff going on still is borderline illegal in terms of HR"
I work at TD and no one answers the pulse reports honestly. In the past if you answered honestly the whole team got pulled into meetings to resolve the issue. These meetings took weeks and we would all nod our heads and go back to work. This 1950s style evaluation is put in place to ensure that VP get a bonus.
Yah. Pulse results never seem to be actioned on.
Most of senior managers and aVPs are nothing but used car salesman. Very little substance at those levels. Just networking busy bodies
TD is a bit of joke these days. I used to work at TD and have moved on. The lousy managers are still there underperforming and busy networking with VP to genuinely care about there team. Stuff going on still is borderline illegal in terms of HR
