Heads up- if you rebadged to Accenture there are plans to ensure you do NOT get a severance but still get taken off the TIAA account since the #1 goal is to have most if not all roles replaced with someone in India. You may get offered a BS position with another client that doesn’t pay you your current salary - there are multiple loop holes in offer letter including the fact that the severance isn’t mentioned. Shady shady business
