While helping a manager at DFW with a computer issue in June 2025, I spotted a PDF open on his second monitor, clearly not meant for my eyes—labeled “OneWorld GlobalSync Directive” and marked for upper management only. It detailed American Airlines’ plan to cut a lot of things out.
