As to RH being confused on why safety keeps coming up in the comments despite metrics improving: We aren't being listened to when we have safety concerns. We are being told we're going to run at X. We say it's going to cause RVs to lift, it's going to cause instability, it's going to increase heater tubeskin temperatures, etc. We are told to run there anyways. When these things end up happening, we're challenged 10 ways to sunday "That instrument is probably wrong. Let's change the set points. We can run over the ROLs so long as it's not the high ROL." There is no room for discussion with current management.
It may not be in the metrics yet, but it's coming.
