I'm talking about STEs who don't understand testing, can't instantiate an object, and focus solely on politics, while others carry the actual workload.
There is no meritocracy on the Pluto STE side.
And while JO does a good job defending the STE organization publicly, we continue to lose valuable people from other parts of Pluto.
