If you want more jobs - make more revenue.
Revenue / employee at Intel is way out of the norm for semiconductor companies.

Look, if you want a job, you need to produce something at the market rate. Either at Intel or somewhere else, the laws of economics are the same.

Intel never considered the employees as valuable. It is shareholders first. They failed meeting their promises and employees will pay for it. The past axes through layoffs, SET or ACT or name what you want, employees are disposable. Sadly, this is where it has always been. Leadership, if there is any, will regurgitate the same old brainwashing words to those who stay or those who are let go. It is immaterial what they say.

Revenues do not support the current headcount. Revenues are 24 BILLION dollars lower vs 2021, yet headcount remains the same.

Make better products.

You must not work for Intel. Intel has never considered us precious, maybe expendable.
