Severance payout policy in print, where?

I’m looking for something firm, in writing, on how the severance is paid out. I don’t see anything in the handbook or any HR link.

Is it paid out in one lump sum? or divided up per pay period paid out over time?
When does it kick in? Immediately? after 90 days?

I’m picking up varying claims on this site as to the “how” and “when” of it all. So, I’m looking for something in print that outlines this all out but I can’t find anything.
Does anyone know if it exists in print as a reference?

Is it possible to raise your hand for the next round of rifs? Being riffed would pay out any unvested shares right?

It’s paid in one lump sum after the 90 day non-working period and they’ll hit you with “payment will be made when administratively possible”. That just means they’ll pay you whenever they want so expect them to drag their feet as long as possible. My official last day was Dec 2023 and I got my severance almost two months later.

It’s in a separation pay pdf housed with the employee handbook.
