The new product lead seems to have completely ki-led the product team, the product manager we work with resigned recently and I saw an interview scheduled on a tab for the other one we work with. RIP!

He is absolutely useless and kind of a poor character individual as well. Very demeaning to women in the PM org. He was on his way out after his first month but of course you can’t make it seem like the CEO made a bad decision so he’ll blow things up for 18 or so months (when its not as fresh to analysts or Wall Street) and then he’ll move on doing absolutely nothing but tank the product strategy and talent. He removed some fresh talent that were the type of people we needed to actually transition to a better company. I seriously wish someone would have spoken to prior leaders of his as I would bet he would have absolutely zero supporters.
I can’t wait till Burkland give this clown the boot, this guy isn’t just affecting the product team, he is causing problems and confusion with his misstatements and downright lies across the sales team too.

They should fire this guy, most people on the product team I know are interviewing and a few have come up to me and told me that they are leaving. Our engineers are getting demotivated to keep working here also.
Gotta start sizzling those steaks.
I agree he's going to be on the way out. He is not what we need since he keeps flip-flopping on strategy and has no understanding of the CX market.
Disagree, I think he is just what we need.
