The Work is a nightmare! Complexity increased as well. Nothing but complex tasks while productivity has increased. Don't be shocked if they terminate workers and layoff. They are setting the stage.

Working AML dept to death! Increased productivity requirements while taking away ways to keep your productivity and metrics up. Seems to be purposely done to set up employees for failure.
U.S. Bank here - both fraud and AML investigations are also being worked to death. Production expectations are out of control and actually counterproductive for mitigating risk at this point.
