Some colleagues have been selected to "hold early team conversations" in person about what works and what doesn't.
It's informal and no names will be captured. Bwhahahaha
Given Tell Dell is hardly anonymous this in person affair will be interesting.
Not sure what additional info they expect to get.

I'd love for them to try to do an in person meeting for my team..... we're spread across 5 continents and the 3 Americans on the team are in different time zones.
Not anonymous. If you were in Round Rock 7 before it closed, you’d have seen pictures of “Tell Dell Champions” whose quotes were used because they were positive.
Man, a long time ago, in PG, small team, our Director, only 4 direct reports, nobody liked the guy and his Tell Dell numbers su-ked and he started scheduling team meetings, berating us “who is saying blah blah blah.”
What a nightmare.
@bw Yep, invite the stool pigeon to a meeting to get employees to be honest. Ha! Not going to happen. EVERYONE knows the a$$ kisser. Yet another ignorant move by Erica.
I laugh when I hear HR and managers saying Tell Dell is anonymous.
To quote Inigo Montoya: “You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
Yea Dell learning has a skip meeting with Sr VP to discuss consistently negative feedback on OSB. unfortunately Erica invited the stool pigeon, wasn’t anyone going to say a word.
Like everything at Dell, it’s the perception not the reality that matters
@ap+1jxaan5h0: One clue that it is not anonymous.. it lists your VP in its questions. And it has your manager related questions.
If your skip is VP, your responses are not anonymous... especially if your boss has 5-6 reports .. and these are very senior levels .
So stop pretending that everything is "anonymous"
I’ve never been invited to a skip level meeting at Dell. Clearly management doesn’t care what employees think and it shows every day.
Tell Dell tracks you to the direct manager to whom you report. Hardly anonymous
OMG another “tell Dell is not anonymous”. It is totally anonymous. So sick of how much everything must be a conspiracy. Stop.
At another firm we held occasional skip-level meetings with the VP two layers above us. No in between managers so we could be frank.
I was invited to one at Dell. It was me. The VP and the two drone managers between us. Not the same.
