Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

Hmm, where did Krause get this idea?

Story about Twitter, and one of the venture capital buddies Musk has hired to help run things. Note the last sentence.

"In text messages with Musk that later became public as part of the Twitter deal, Calacanis floated himself as a possible Twitter CEO or anything else Musk wanted.

'Put me in the game coach!' he texted. He also suggested using a return-to-office mandate to force employee resignations. "

Straw man argument. Nobody said Elon "does no good." The good doesn't negate the bad. Amazing that he has frat boy worship. Money is all that matters, right?

Yeah, right. Elon does no good. He’s an evil man.

Citrix and Twitter leadership have a lot in common. Both lied to investors about their business model success and forward-looking profitability. Financial engineering and fraud at its worst. Lock them up...

Elon’s an id--t - even he would probably admit that.

Anyone that dislikes Elon is a fu----g mo--n. He is the one person in the planet doing most good for humanity. The usual “wealthy people are bad” way of thinking is pathetic. Envious losers are always like that. He or she that mentioned the massive payoffs that have been going on wasn’t praising Elon. They spoke about an accurate situation in the economy.

Right, Elon Musk is firing half the workplace in order to make Twitter more "efficient." It wouldn't have anything to do with the price he paid to buy it, right? Sound familiar?

It's pathetic that someone can actually be a Musk supporter. Well, we've seen just how horrible and stupid people can be, so I'm not surprised.

Or maybe, just maybe, this is a normal thing that acquired companies go through. There have been hundreds of thousands of layoffs in 2022. This is not a new thing. You must be an Elon Musk hater. How about taking a wide-angled view and be realistic?

Credit Suisse plans to eliminate more than 5,500 jobs by the end of this year as the company looks to further reduce costs and improve the lender’s prospects.

It’s what for-profit companies do all the time to get more profit. Be good at what you do and build your personal and professional networks to ride the wave. Ge-z!

Calacanis is a first class tool. He along with the Vista/Elliot boys give capitalism a bad name.
