Is this coming from official sources or is it just rumors? What I mean is, we all know more layoffs are coming but the more recent posts seem to indicate that some people know when it's going to happen and that it will be as soon as next week. Where's that info coming from?

They laid 260 off back in August - they should have added a 0 to the end of that number with all of the bloat they have. $6.5 bil with 6500 employees when their closest three tier competitor is $9.5 bil with 4000 employees. Way too fat.
Its only natural, talks of layoffs always precede the actual layoffs - these rumours and grapevine are indicators from Nutanix that you should start looking - Principal and Staff Engineers are usually safe.
