New generations get a lesson

Unfortunately the newest generations of workers at Twitter will learn that corporations are not always rational. These corporations consistently over hire and become so fat that they must purge when ownership changes or during lean times. This is something that the youngest most vulnerable employees have never seen. It is a tough lesson and I feel for them. Good luck to all, even the survivors.

I lived through the last tech bubble and bust in 2000. It's your generations bust. I remember vans driving around with job openings, big sign on bonuses, paid meals, big Christmas parties in LA, etc. Our stock went to $135 share and a low of $.75 because the company CEO spent so much on acquisitions to keep up with our competitors that were worthless garbage. Good luck. There's life after Twitter.
