Masters in Quiet Quitting

Why would anyone work hard for a CTO who's so fkkn arrogant he thinks that the money that funds employee raises/bonuses/stock is his? Why would anyone work hard for a CTO who's main tool to inspire is the threat of firing. Here's a quote when asked why he lowered the year end ratings of employees after being here for a month, "I don't care what anyone thinks, this is my money and I'll do what I want with it." Inspiring. I wonder if SH knows?? Does he endorse this type of management? The only answer is quiet quit and document everything. Make sure to record all calls as well.

Stay alert for lawsuit opportunities. If you have a disability recognized under ADA or belong to any sort of protected class, do not hesitate to file a charge of discrimination with EEOC. Retaliation, unlawful harassment, hostile work environment, wrongful termination ; do not hesitate to sue!

Are to referring to CH? He's a total a--hole. HR needs to put him in some type of sensitivity or leadership 101 training.
