Yes, use ALL your personal, sick and vacation days. They will tell you that they don’t pay for all the remaining days because they’re not “front-loaded.”
This is the way. Additionally, if you are hourly, be sure to use all your PSL and PTO. PSL is lost when you leave or get laid off. They're supposed to pay out any remaining PTO, but I no longer trust them to do that based off of what I read on the threads here. Crooked company!
