If you think that people here venting frustrations is wrong or detrimental to the company then maybe you are the problem. If you’ve tried to change from the inside, your know it’s shadow boxing. If you’ve ever had to deal with HR, you know they are religous zealots of woke. If you ever run cross ways with NC, you know he cannot and will not discuss anything that is not in accordance with his specific strategy as delivered on tablets from McKinsey.
If you think this can all be fixed by being chipper and working extra harder to a a good boy, then you are the problem.
The rest of us are here for catharsis and to let off steam. Better here than other ways.
