The cuts in the books division made the news, but many other layoffs haven’t. It’s worse than the actual public rounds because you end up expecting to lose your job every single day. Work is stressful enough as it is. We don’t need a constant reminder of how precarious each of our jobs is.

Close to 30% of employees shouldn't even be at Amazon. Too many useless managers too.
Silent layoffs in Prime Video and Ads too. Sudden dismissals without cause. Return to hub, return to team, removal of virtual location. Shareholders?
