CCB No more M4 manager

I heard that in CCB they are not going to have only M5 managers moving forward. Is that true.? Also they should be able to code. ?

@3sf Even M4 has lot from Indian consulting who don’t know how to respect team members and how to ask things in a professional way. They talk like kids and very unprofessional and criticize in front of others in public.. for example they go like “ you said you are going to do this ? Did you do it. .? “ , why can’t they learn and speak professionally like” did you get a chance to look at it? , do you need any inputs from me or any blockers? “.. I still can’t believe chase has managers who own the lottery by luck .. i mean literally.. when a senior manager leaves the firm , a VP who has no tech skills becomes Manager as they both worked at the same consulting company before.. please fix these corruptions , rehire qualified managers or make us all report to ED and save all..

Most of those M5 engineering managers are highly unqualified and insecure to be Engineering Managers, both Technically and People Management skills wise. They moved over from Indian Consulting Firms after managing few college grads . Chase should really take a hard look at these folks.

Might be true.. many job postings for ‘ senior managers’ only but not just ‘managers’
