These nightmares are your inner self hitting the alarm to get you to remove yourself from a dangerous and risky company to work for.

@d7 that's easy to say but not true for most people. If people can get an equivalent or better job tomorrow to replace they job they are losing than yes you would be right. This isn't the case. A lot of people are going to have their lives really sc--wed up by this and they don' need some a-hole telling them they should have made better choices even if it is true. A classic symptom of a sociopath is they lack empathy... think about that and how it applies to you.

A good but old book to read is "Dream Games". There is a strong connection to subconscious reality and fruition. Best wishes that is only a warning to change behavior, performance or your work performance in general. I took the previous retirement package just meeting eligibility after 23 yrs. I'm very happy and healthy again, but I do miss my team and I know they miss me. It pays to be know as a relentless worker and accountable employee. I would go back to the team if I there is an opportunity. Never burn bridges and remember your work is another family despite the corperate people eater.

I left over a year ago after 20+ years. Still have periodic nightmares from the unbelievable stress and toxicity from Intel. That place can really F with one’s mind. But I’m recovering from that abusive relationship and so much happier now.

I didn't got a bad dream about being laid off. But I've been laid off ...
I've been worked for Intel for about two decades. Now I have to find a new job which is not really easy nowadays.

When you get laid off, you'll think you're dreaming, but then realize it just Capitalism, which is the living nightmare.
