What’s honestly infuriating is watching the Utah HQ crowd — especially leadership — act shocked that the company is falling apart when they’re the ones who helped drive it straight into the wall. Nearly all of them blindly voted for the same political machine now gutting the solar industry, and when people warned them — repeatedly — that the ITC needed defending, they shrugged it off. Why? Because a few hardcore Trump fans in leadership were more worried about upsetting their political idols than saving our jobs.
Instead of standing up, they chose to “stay neutral,” as if that was some kind of brave strategy. News flash: silence in the face of a threat isn’t neutral — it’s complicity. And now they’re scrambling to publish PR statements and “position papers” like that’s going to undo the damage. It’s pathetic.
And let’s talk about those same execs who treated the company like their personal playground. Golfing during work hours, blowing piles of money on pointless swag and “culture” events, and pretending to hustle while the business was bleeding out. If they’d put even half that energy into actually leading, we might not be here.
You had your warnings. You had your shot. You blew it. And now hundreds of good people are paying the price for your cowardice and cluelessness.

Let’s get everyone on a call mid/end of the day Friday and tell them they’ve all lost their jobs and have to apply for new ones, and oh! interviews are on Monday! Evil. What a terrible company we all work for! Seems like they’re doing it on purpose and forcing people to struggle so they end up getting forced to installs or a roll they don’t want all so you quit and they don’t have to pay you unemployment or a severance.
