Whatever you want it to be. It’s a big company. There’s literally no consistency.

I would say that 25/26 is probably the start of real "management" roles.
I started as a cl24 in a manager role. Currently cl26
I had a manager that was CL 27. Rest were CL 30.
anyone at any cl can be a manager if they know how to brown nose and sleep with their sponsors
