The next heir is somewhere in Aspentech. RK is not the heir - he is not white enough no matter how talented he may be perceived to be.
All his presentations are quite data heavy and boring - good on strategy but plain boring and no human touch to it.
He made $8.9M in 2024 (it’s publicly available). He’s happy.
