How many town halls do we need!? Especially when it’s the same BS each leader is saying, the only difference is it’s coming out of a different mouth. It’s getting a bit much having so many town halls that don’t tell us anything different. Tell us something new! Not regurgitated, recycled BS.

The amount of town halls and the all hands are almost as bad as the amount of 1on1s. Why do we need to have forced 1on1s with cross functional peers, cross functional managers, cross functional biz analysts….
I would be completely shocked if they even took questions.
