I'm in a new position and received VSP for Rule of 70.... not certain I'm going to last.... I'm a tenured associate and had a moment to almost walk out the other day.
I find the Reimagined meetings like the movie "Groundhog day." Repetitive talk on what will be happening.....
@a3 right! That's why I'm staying..... I'm going to su-k it up and see what happens approach.
I rely on myself for my living expenses, health care coverage etc. I wouldn't want to be losing my house,car or health insurance right now.

Hang in there. Leave on your own terms. If you are ready to retire, maybe the VSP makes sense. If you still need to work, it’s pretty brutal out there and only getting worse with AI coming. The extra pay on the way out might sound tempting now, but not after you can’t land a new job and bills are stacking up.
