What used to be teaching moments now become HR complaints about hostility. Yeah, right. They wouldn't know hostility if it bit them in the behind. They want praise for adequacy but can't handle improvement suggestions. Maybe the market will teach them what I can't - the hard way.

Sounds like someone wasn’t receptive to their own improvement suggestions.
You lost the privilege of “teachable moments” when you started treating the employees like trash. Kick rocks.
Honestly this has become “the worst job I ever had” .com Can’t wait to get a job offer elsewhere to put this place behind me. Sad this is what this place has done to good employees.
@av *Figuratively drowning. Not literally.
Why would anyone want any feedback at this point after everything everyone has been through for the past few years?! It didn't matter if you were above the 95% in auditing scores, or if you did your job extremely well. The end result has been the same across the board with layoffs and people still being let go. I don't think feedback is what people are looking for at this point. They want compassion, job security, not to be worked to the bone to then have the same result of being terminated. If people have stopped caring or showing up and doing their best - maybe the company as a whole needs to look at what has caused them to respond that way or have completely shut down in the process. Why should people care if the company isn't caring about the people that they have employed?!
lol I hope this is click bait. Maybe you need to look in the mirror and do some self reflection on your leadership style. The company atmosphere is trash and people are literally drowning and trying to survive. The workload is awful and the morale is down the drain. Having some compassion could go a long way for ya.
