I was laid off a while ago, but I’m curious if severance is still the same or if Disney is skimping on that too. Which honestly wouldn’t surprise me one bit.

Had 10 years and I thought that after that amount of time, my severance would be decent. It was the minimum wage of severance. I still find stories of friends from other companies, and their severance, to be a myth. Something like 9 months worth of pay...imagine that kind of safety net!
No clue, but I'd take anything at this point.
