havent heard of anyone getting termed for not showing up, b ut whoever is counting number of days in the office still tries to bust people for being on vacation and not swiping that week. Thats Stellar Service for you!

Back at you "Bro". You are 0-2 in your assumptions. First of all, you don't know which office I was referring to and Secondly, I don'[t use Tik-Toc, Instagrahm, or any other social media, outside of our group chats, while in the office. The same applies to the free Internet that you mentioned. I also avoid that since cameras and spies are everywhere. So go back to work yourself and stop spreading BS.
GET BACK TO WORK in finding a better job than to waste your time and talent on ADP. Finding jobs is much easier now so have at it and leave ADP in the dust in the coming new year.

No need to work diligently and to exceed expectations if layoffs are going to happen. Layoffs target anyone and everyone no matter how hard they work. I've worked at ADP and seen that. So do the minimum to get by and conserve your strength and energy until you get a job with a company that values your talent.
Swipes or not every corporation monitors employees attendance, tardiness and employee performance OR the lack thereof. Huge layoffs are on the horizon for Corp America, maybe for ADP maybe not but time will tell.
You all are expected to work diligently , exceed expectations and most of all be punctual. If not you could be facing the unemployment line.

Certainly badges have always been used for monitoring. And there are other processes for monitoring. Big Brother is always watching, keeping track, and monitoring. You have to act as though you are always on camera.
And badges have ALWAYS been used to track attendees. It's not new and it's to make sure you show up and don't lie about that lack of work you're not not doing. What a bunch of whining self important losers, ignorant to the corporate workplace you are. Sheesh. Need some soy in that latte from that coffeehouse in the remodeled atrium?
Bro the motion detectors while messed up because they didn't tell anyone, was to measer traffic flow for the massive building remodel that is now finished, providing ALL that new space, equipped and perks you now waste your time talking sh-t about while probably checking your Instagram and Tik-Tok leeching their free internet instead od doing a better Job helping clients by learning about processing payroll and implementing time & attendance. Sheesh. What else you got?

5 or 6 years ago, they installed motion detectors under our desktops, allegedly to see which parts of the desk we were using. It was annoying, but life goes on. Be thankful that you have a job.
Yes badge swipes are being monitored. How sad that they want to know how often you go to the office but they do nothing about the people that call out regularly on Mondays and Fridays. I hope job seekers find this site and see what its really like at ADP.

Am manager. Can confirm. Badge swipes are being monitored for building attendance. Currently 5 rolling weeks, will likely be 4 or 3 rolling weeks soon.
It's not chatter. Managers are spreading word to teams that it isn't them monitoring badge swipes, but their superiors are now monitoring. This means don't cause none, won't be none. Show up to the office as you are supposed to or get added to a naughty list.
