The cyber leadership is filled with Yes people (Yes, to their master EC) minus a couple of real leaders. Those true leaders are now in the backburner but the yes people are right in the front. The Yes people are the ones who get all the benefits, LOL there aren't many at this point. EC is going to drive this area to the ground by wanting things done his way even though he's not a real ciso.

I don't work in the Cyber team but interface with them a lot. They are definitely demoralized from the current leadership.
Knowing their jobs are going to India is most likely not helping as well.
Our cr-ppy leaders had it removed. I feel sad that The Layoff had to comply with most likely a cease and desist..
Maybe if they ping the good old CISO he would come back and fix our security, moral and budget woes. Look at us now a beaten and worn out team.
Wonder what happened to that post that spoke so highly of that leadership???
