Halliburton's leadership is in denial

They blame market conditions for turnover, but the real issue is toxic middle managers, broken processes, and a culture that punishes honesty. No way for a company to do well amid such conditions.

Halliburtons' leadership has been through hard times before and always weathers the storm well. Sometime a little fat trimming is needed for a healthy company. Go BIG RED
