Ever notice they never get rid of any VP's or AVP's. They just keep creating more of them? They don't deserve the Craft people they have. The true money makers

Next to impossible to find a job that pays as well and good benefits is what really su-ks. Where I’m located anyways.
The company has created a horrible name for itself. I can't wait for most of us old heads to retire. This company is going to either collapse or live off contractors. It's hard to find people to work here anymore and most of the greenies that have been laid off, have already moved on. Not to mention the bottom roster guys looking for other jobs. Guess this is the outcome when profit share means more then quality of service.
