Cronyism is out of control

Why is nobody dealing with this issue? Morale is in the gutter because of this and nobody among the so-called leadership seems to care.

The only people who can stop cronyism are the company leaders. Guess how they got to become leaders? Cronyism.

You can’t just toil away in your foxhole and expect the world to spin your way. Quality accomplishments and results are mandatory but having a company network of support is also necessary.
Nepotism - no; discrimination - no. But getting along with the “right” connections to advance a career is a business axiom.
This isn’t a new concept.
