We are.
Summer hours... come in anytime before 9 and leave after 5.
What a d-mb question
On Spain we have summer hours July & August. Start at 8, finish at 3.
What a stupid question to ask. Mind your own business and do what's right for you.
We haven't had it in my org since before Covid.
It’s been a few years since we had Friday summer hours, but it was a good and fairly cheap way to give people a boost. They are definitely missed. No one’s very productive late on a Friday anyway.
Whatever team you are on shoukd be first in line for layoffs then if you can get by with leaving early and taking fridays off.
Summer hours? That is a good one! Lol
We have it again this year, began a few weeks ago. We don't have to come in on Friday and can log off at 2
"Just wait until they get rid of the week shutdown at Christmas"
I thought this was already done like 4-5 years ago? At least that's when they ki-led it fir ISG support.
Summer hours are 5pm - 8am
I never heard of it. Maybe because being in advanced customer support it’s impossible
@ah+1jwxgrdth - then they'll just do like every other big corporation (and before they went to a week off at Christmas) and give us those 5 days as floating holidays.
12 holidays is pretty standard in corporate America.
CSG PG used to have it and NA COC followed suit. Jorge ki-led it last year. Was never officially eliminated to the masses but was no longer promoted as being available. One of his many culture ki-ling moves.
We have never officially got them but I believe what is good for the goose is good for the gander so I just log off at 2 anyways.
I only work about 1-2 hours a day as it is. Should I cut back because it’s summer?
Just wait until they get rid of the week shutdown at Christmas. They only need an opportunity and it's gone.
lol.
I think the "summer hours" has gone the way of remote work... some get it, most don't.
