P66 nurtures talent for other companies to reap the benefits

If our leadership does not realize how much of a loss it is to train young engineers and then very easily let them go to the competition after that, then that's a very bad sign. And that is exactly what is happening. They don't seem to care at all? I know many such cases who left shortly after gaining initial experience here.

Ugh, should have done the same years ago... Had the opportunity too, stayed out of some sort of misguided loyalty and deep-seated fear of change.

Now here I am, mid career, and wildly specialized in a very niche part of a dying industry...
