Hi- does Edward Jones have noncompete agreements in place for employees or do any specific divisions have them? Wondering that ahead of time in the event I decide to leave. Thanks!

Just know that if you have LP and plan to keep it, you cannot work for a competitor or you lose your LP and all other "retirement" benefits if you were eligible (purchasing at NAV, etc.).
Generally no. And those are expensive to pursue in court so unless you make millions nobody will bother to go after you even if you have one.
Think it depends on the role.
