The SVPs and VPs unqualified and lazy children started today!! Look around, they’re not doing anything but gossiping all day and can you blame them? They didn’t want this lol.
Good for them! Taking the seat of someone who deserved it. At least they seem to be in 8 hours as well.

Already several nepotism hires in FIG. VP son, his brothers best friend got a SR title (must be nice), the directors brother got promoted, another retired that is related to another SR employee. Tons of nepotism and if you’re not a part of it you are sc--wed in FIG.

I feel that the "legacy" hires have followed in their parents work ethic. The kiddos with hard working parents would dive in. The ones with slackers did not. Literally, the lazy guy's son would put his feet up at his desk and watch videos as his peers took up the slack. As a leader in a different department who happened to office (when we had offices) I would tell him to at least face his desk.
Probably C-Suite now.
