A little bit of a tangent- I am Just a customer of CVS and I agree with this. It’s the people in the stores that help me each time I shop, not some regional head barking what is allegedly important that day. People in the stores know it’s the customer service that is most important every day. Thank you for all you do.
How about we get rid of ALL district leaders, and while we're at it, Regional director is another useless middle management position that can be eliminated as well. Waaaay too much field leadership at CVS, with everyone simply trying to justify their jobs. Cut field leadership by 50% across the board, all positions and give that savings back to the stores who so desperately need hours and staffing.
