Thread regarding Teradata Corp. layoffs

Something has to change here

Unfortunately, TD has become the epitome of a bad company to work for. After the best left, TD now has many slackers, pretenders, as well as employees who used to do their best, but now are almost completely demotivated. Does the management really think that things can go on like that?

Majority of core engineers are living in India. They will hire on strong talent and then keep them for a few years plus minus, and take their ideas and implement them in India for a tenth of the price.

Take what you can while the ship sinks. They still have a lot of cash and you should extract as much as is legal and ethical.

They DON'T CARE ... as long as they get paid and their bonuses roll in, they're happy. And the worthless Board either doesn't care or is incompetent.
