What kind of selection criteria do they have for layoffs?

Nobody knows for sure and no way they're going to say. They've brushed it under the rug completely, even though half the current company is likely searching for new jobs right now. I'd guess 100-150? just based on departments I know and what the downsizing looked like. Let go of some high achievers and good product people. Who knows WTF the criteria was (dart board?). New PE ownership, new CEO in the last month and they just slashed. Had the $ to buy another company and host their big iCIMS Inspire party a couple weeks later like everything is alright.
Anyone have any details on how many employees were laid off or which departments took the biggest hits?
