Where has reliability been ?? What changes are coming to that ?

I got a reliability alert when I logged on inside the store but I didn’t respond to them because I had questions. They were early outs and I was trying to figure out how I should respond because I’m a selling floor Captain and we never leave at the time I’m scheduled to leave, always earlier. So I wanted to know if I agree or disagree because it’s not my fault we leave earlier. Once I got my answer I tried to access reliability from home and the icon is not showing up. I know it had been down for maintenance but it was supposed to be up this week.
My manager just put me on a warning for reliability and she always shows up late for work. Most of the time that she is scheduled to open, she rolls in an hour late and hourly people have to open the store with a manager in the building. They should have reliability for managers too.
So what happens if we leave early now?? Do we get still get an alert eventually?
I’ve been wondering what happened to the Reliability feature. I asked my people leader & she said they are making adjustments to it.

@OP Supposedly they're doing away with alerts for early in and late out.
Also there reducing the number of reasons if a colleague chooses disagree.
