Jus wondering if there has been any insight on quality of life over in NY Creates vs how we are in GF.

They are growing, last I saw, they had 4 cranes there, building I don’t know what.
Base compensation is close, within 5%.
No bonus or RSU’s, which creates a larger and larger gap as you get promoted to a manager or higher.
Benefits are about the same cost wise.
Retirement is better, 7% w/o any contributions by the employee needed to get it.
Better work life balance for certain and better/steady leadership. SLT & Senior director’s are clear headed folks.
No gym and the cafe is pretty rough, but Stuyvesant plaza is close by.
No known layoffs in recent history, which means they run lean.
There is no perfect place to work, and creates has its pro’s and con’s.
It’s gotten really bad at IBM there (work life balance included among other stuff and benefits are worse but pay is higher). NYCreates has a much better work life balance typically. The pay is a little lower than GF and no bonus but much better beneifts
you wont get the same compensation package .. but work life balance is better there
