@b4 it's an illusion that any employe is irreplaceable. The company can lay off half of its workers and it would still deliver the same results. Everyone kinda knows this.
Whoever is reviewing the business, organization and various units, it's literally down to that person to what they are going to keep going forward.

Myself and others were laid off without warning. Curious about the metrics used to determine the layoffs. One of us was the only expert on one of the items.

The 600+ laid off from the ethics scandal were not enough to satiate the bloodlust for shareholders.

The company should never have been allowed to not be government-run. The profit-incentive promotes this callous attitude towards employees.
