NetApp hypocrisy

We're all "one big team" when there's a crisis deadline, but suddenly it's "just business" when raises come up. The motivational speeches about loyalty would be funny if they weren't so tragically ironic. They should instead be honest and just say "What's yours is ours, and what's ours is ours."

I mean, down vote this all you want, but some positions have a pretty good work/life balance. I have far more flexibility now than I did 5 years ago.

Work life balance is a joke. Mostly created by folks hired to drive “strategy” thru endless iterations of PowerPoints and requests of data that is not easily available. Nix all these people creating work just for the sake of it…
