Anyone been notified their severance was rejected?

I sent my signed agreement 8 times! Every time a different person responded and had a different reason why they could not accept it. I sent it from two different servers and still didn't work they said. I finally resent it with a very strong note saying i sent it tp a very qualified person and they could open it, read it, received all 5 pages and it was signed, dated May 1, 2025. I received my check 2 weeks later.

Scanner software can be tricky. Documents frequently won’t open. I took a picture with my cellphone and sent it in. They accepted it with no issues.
My team reported their severance agreement was rejected due to it requiring a wet signature. And Lots of technical issues around "receiving"
the signed agreement were also shared. Most of my team had to call and follow up a couple times to get it through.
If that sounds like your experience call, resubmit and track the agreement through the process. It takes about 10 days for them to process it once received. Follow up, often and request accountability on their side if your experience is similar to ours.
