Are all Nagarro colleagues going to be removed?

I notice that some I work with regularly just randomly disappear daily.

The ones remaining are ones that have a ton of product and technical knowledge for BB, so much that it isn't going to be easy to replace them, and they work very hard. Are they really getting rid of every single one eventually?

I know some folks on here have bad experiences with them but the ones in my area do a lot. Does anyone know how they feel about this or have said anything? Are most just gonna coast then since the inevitable will happen regardless?

Nagarro is being replaced by BB India

Before the recent RIF, engineering management were given the target of minimizing Nagarro footprint, including many engineers with +10 years of experience. Knowledge transfer wasn't planned for. Just think of the risk to the business ! What a joke this company has become.
No idea on current state, since I was part of the last RIF.

Management is incompetent. I would not expect any nuance or consideration when they decide to lower headcount.

Management has stated that they are looking to shut down Nagarro, but they possess a significant amount of product and technical knowledge, so I would assume that shutting down will be a gradual process.
