I basically started earlier last week, near the end of the month. Was basically in training for a week, but suddenly got called in to say I was terminated and laid off. I have no idea what I did, I didn't even have anything set up and my email wasn't even given to me yet. Then after some googling I found this forum and well... I guess it's starting to make sense now. Guessing I didn't survive the May 2025 Ricoh Hunger Games LOL

You are mistaken. The visitors from Japan love to party. At the next big meeting, look at the jJapanese visitors in the back sleeping. Those are the ones you want to party with.
I’m going to suggest you wasted your time going to training when you should have been busy ingratiating sloppy & hard: 1) Find a VP boomer with the highest mileage / thousand mile stare. 2) Ask him HIS scotch preference, blended or single malt? 3) After 15 minutes of your rapt silent attention to scotch answer move to question two; “What’s the secret to selling a photocopier?” After 2 minutes in HE will suggest discussing over scotches at local bar or parking garage... be sure to start this whole process no later than 11AM.
WARNING: Do not try this on an Exec from Japan! You’d be off to a good start with, “Why are Americans so lazy?” But it quickly goes off the rails from there...
