Jen Waldo is our Chief HR leader. Does anyone recall her philosophy? She is ruining Ford’s culture and pushing this “fire everyone” mentality. Our quality is in the gutter and getting worse.
Was that how she was at GE? Any insight will help. We cannot make sense of the mess she is creating and how bad HR has become.
Waldo has managed to get at least 67 union employees fired for old background. I know because I’m one of them. Clearly a violation of the CBA. This started in November of 2025, this will soon be going to arbitration and Ford will of course lose big. Upper brass all need to be replaced and that would include Farley and Waldo.
The sewage tends to swirl the bowl rather than get flushed -- it just moves from one company to another.
