Had a great first quarter and as expected NCR can’t afford to pay so they tripled my quota instead.

So they punish the best sales people so the salesman moves to a competitor taking his customers to the new employer? Could this be part of the ever shrinking NCRs?
Nothing new, been doing that for ever. Trick is to learn how to play the game, “back pocket” orders, delayed orders, “signing mistakes”.
