@b4 12 weeks notice? How long have you been at Dell? I have been there 5 years and expecting a weeks notice for every year.

And this is why the US su-ks, our country doesn’t help us when it comes to laws for employers about layoffs. You all have it better at least
Just gone through it, It is 4 weeks per year capped at 1 years salary + % of bonus + Holiday pay + 12 weeks notice
