It falls under FELA. Talk to your local FELA attorney's and shop steward or local chairman.
Before our shop closed we would never start a unit indoors due to the cancer concerns. Now that it’s reopened we start them up all the time. The company doesn’t give two sh:ts about the health of their employees as we’re all 100% expendable.
They start them and let them run inside our shop. It was a BIG no no before the furlough, but after, they don’t care
